Factual Summary
Dear Office of the Prosecutor,
I am writing as a concerned global citizen to formally request an investigation into potential crimes under the jurisdiction of the
International Criminal Court, specifically relating to:
1. Crimes against humanity through the implementation and promotion of Project 2025, a radical restructuring initiative aimed at
dismantling civil protections and enabling authoritarian abuses within the United States.
2. Complicity in genocide and war crimes, particularly concerning Donald J. Trump's material and political support of the State of
Israel during its ongoing military campaign in Gaza (2023–2025), which has resulted in tens of thousands of civilian casualties,
including children, journalists, and aid workers.

Treating this case as part of your broader mandate to hold powerful figures accountable regardless of nationality or status.
I understand that the ICC has constraints given U.S. non-membership, but under Article 15 of the Rome Statute, your office has
discretion to initiate proprio motu investigations based on credible information.
