Detention Testimony & Evidence
This route accepts source-backed descriptions for a private editorial queue. It does not publish testimony, images, statements, or identifying details to the Citizen Input ledger.
Private quarantine, not public upload
Do not include names, contact details, exact addresses, immigration numbers, booking numbers, medical records, images, or graphic material. The server scans submitted text for common sensitive patterns and keeps every record out of public pages by default.
Request private evidence review
For a public source, a non-identifying summary, and a clear publication basis. A reviewer must clear and independently prepare any future public record; clearance itself does not publish anything.
What happens next
Authorized reviewers can examine private submissions, request clarification, clear a record for possible editorial preparation, reject it, or mark it withdrawn. A cleared record is still not public. Any public publication requires a separate, privacy-reviewed, accurately labeled record.
